To strengthen our division, we are looking for a qualified team member for the development and acquisition of industrial projects, effective immediately or by arrangement. Work location: Bern | Workload: 100%, part-time from 80% possible Use your energy and experience to fulfill the tasks of this very dynamic role: • Responsibility for the operational management of the development process from vision to realization • Creation of space programs, use and financing concepts as well as feasibility studies • Leading internal project teams as well as project coordination of external planning partners • Responsible for the creation and control of the project's profitability • Ensuring customer satisfaction (investors, users) • Presence and network in the real estate market (architects, planners, users, marketers, investors, administrations) What you bring with you: You like to approach others and manage to listen actively. You have the ability and experience to lead a real estate development project, internally and externally. You understand the needs and processes of industrial users very well. You want to design and shape the buildings of the future by utilizing the expertise of external architects. You have the credibility to convince customers. As a team player, you bring both initiative and entrepreneurial thinking. You are persistent and resilient, structured and organized. For this versatile and interdisciplinary task in a dynamic team in our branches in German-speaking Switzerland, you have completed training in the field of architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable discipline at university level. You already bring experience in the real estate sector and are ready to further develop your perspectives and skills in a dynamic environment.
