Your Responsibilities ####

You will take on a key role in the further growth of H+O communications and healthbook.

Your tasks will include in particular:

• Building and developing new customer relationships in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, and medical technology industries
• Managing and expanding existing key accounts
• Identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Developing individual communication and education concepts together with our consultants
• Presenting our services to customers as well as at national and international congresses
• Initiating new customer contacts and qualifying projects
• Preparing offers and participating in contract negotiations
• Analysing market trends and competitive developments
• Contributing to the further development of our sales strategy
• Working closely with medical, project management, and editorial teams

Your Profile ####

You have:

• At least five years of professional experience in business development or sales, ideally in the healthcare sector
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or agency environment is an advantage
• A completed university degree or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment in developing long-term customer relationships
• Confident manner as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking and initiative
• Very good German and English skills (French is an advantage)
