In doing so, you will take on various tasks in the areas of customer service and administration. You will be in contact daily with our customers and contact persons via e-mail or telephone and will move routinely in our ERP system. A varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility and cheerful team colleagues awaits you. Recording orders Comprehensive customer support via telephone, email and ticket system (C4C) Opening return numbers (RMA) and creating credit notes Customer service for new openings, address changes, name changes and data adjustment Your profile Completed commercial training (or comparable) Professional experience in the area of internal service is an advantage Very good knowledge in handling CRM systems (SAP) and MS Office applications Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form (English is an advantage) Professional appearance on the telephone Enjoyment of working in a team Communication skills and assertiveness Independent and structured way of working Customer- and service-oriented way of working and you do not shy away from actively approaching customers.
