Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the deputy role for the head of the Operations Command Service (cdmt Op) in case of absence or in particular situations, and direct the management of models regarding personnel, technical, and organizational aspects • Assume responsibility for the command service for operations, engagements, and army support services within the cdmt Op, plan, steer, monitor, and develop the staff command process from end to end through the phases of action planning, situation monitoring, and action review • Coordinate information processing for military decision-making, establish directives, procedures, models, and products, and guarantee operational availability as well as the secure use of command and information systems • Manage operational data management within the cdmt Op staff, guarantee data quality and governance, coordinate the work of local data managers, data owners, IT service providers, and specialized application managers • Enforce data protection and information security directives; lead complex and interdisciplinary projects relating to the command service, staff processes, and digital transition; represent the interests of the cdmt Op within the JOPG, commissions, and specialized committees; train personnel in command service procedures, information management, and digital working methods <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Bachelor's degree issued by a university of applied sciences or a university, preferably in business management, security management, management informatics, or systems engineering, or an equivalent training accompanied by relevant professional experience for the function • Several years of experience in command, ideally at least three years heading a team or an organizational unit, as well as at least two years of experience in classic or agile project management; preferably, experience within a security-related organization • Proven military background as an officer of the Swiss Army, with at least three to five years of experience in military command functions, for example as a head of a command service, S6, S3, or commander at the company level or a higher level; general staff instruction desired • Deep understanding of military command and staff processes, strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills, convincing communication, cooperation, and leadership skills in complex and dynamic situations • Strong interest in digital technology and good knowledge of military command and information systems, Microsoft M365 as well as, preferably, Jira, Confluence, Acta Nova, BPMN and HERMES or IPMA; C2 level in German, B2 in French, B1 in Italian and B2 in English <br /> In a few words You wish to contribute to shaping the operational command capability of the army and maintain an overview even in complex situations?
