Project Management in the area of Rail Systems Your tasks focus essentially on two areas: Further development of railway technical regulations You are jointly responsible for the further development of the railway technical regulations (RTE) You support the project groups methodologically and professionally in the creation of new or the updating of existing regulations in the infrastructure area. You monitor the technical and regulatory developments in the rail system and ensure integration into the regulations. You represent the concerns of the railways towards authorities and partners as well as in participation in consultations. Management of the portfolio "Education Railway Technology" You bear the overall responsibility for the portfolio "Education Railway Technology". You monitor developments in railway technical education, derive measures in coordination with various VöV committees and implement them. The focus will, among other things, be on user training for RTE regulations. You manage the formats "Forum for Railway Lecturers" and "University Network" and support the educational institutes (e.g., the universities) in the networking and visibility of their offerings. You promote networking and exchange within the industry as well as with partner organizations (including Swissrail, Railplus, SBV, BAV) and represent VöV interests in junior talent promotion formats (e.g., Railway Summer Camp, Railway Talent Hub). Your profile You have a university or technical college degree with a technical background as well as professional knowledge in the railway system. You have several years of professional experience in the public transport industry or in related areas with a close connection to Swiss public transport. You possess analytical and conceptual skills and can express complex technical relationships in understandable language. You work very independently and value the collaborative development of industry solutions.
