Kitchen Assistant Responsibilities: Ensure daily production of the indicated section in accordance with the instructions of the Executive Chef Cut and peel fruits and vegetables Prepare salads, seafood, fish, etc. Provide quality food in collaboration with other F&B team members Ensure varied meals Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are respected in the production sector Qualities and qualifications AFP in cuisine or equivalent 2 years of experience as a cook Mother tongue: German or Italian or French and good knowledge of English Mastery of International recipes Creative, autonomous and flexible Able to execute assigned tasks quickly and professionally Appreciates team work Start date: 1st October 2026 Type of contract: CDI Percentage: 50% Swiss nationality or permit C, B or European nationality CE/AELE
