Le Régent International School, located in Crans-Montana, is looking for a housekeeper at 100% to strengthen its team as soon as possible. SEARCHED PROFILE As a housekeeper, you are responsible for the organization, quality, and smooth running of maintenance activities across the entire campus. You actively participate in cleaning operations while supervising the maintenance team. Autonomous and reactive, you know how to manage priorities, deal with unforeseen events, and collaborate effectively with the various services. Mastery of French is indispensable; English is an asset in our international school environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a housekeeper, you ensure the organization, quality, and proper functioning of maintenance activities across the entire campus. Plan, distribute, and supervise the daily work of the cleaning and laundry team. Participate in cleaning operations and guarantee the cleanliness of buildings, boarding houses, and accommodations. Control the quality of services and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Ensure the follow-up of laundry and ensure the good condition of cleaning equipment. Train, accompany, and support team members. Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and other services to meet the operational needs of the establishment. EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL QUALITIES Diplomas / certificates Training in the fields of cleanliness, hospitality, facility management, or a title deemed equivalent. Experience Proven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping. Successful experience in the coordination or supervision of a team. Experience in a school, hotel, EMS, or health establishment is an asset. Technical skills Mastery of cleaning techniques, hygiene standards, and safety rules. Good organizational skills and mastery of office tools. Personal qualities Ability to coordinate a team, sense of organization, and rigor. Team spirit and sense of service. Autonomy, reactivity, and discretion.
