Your challenges ### • You contribute to the development and optimization of TCS's main product, membership • You ensure the operational implementation of product initiatives and support their launch • You analyze product performance and identify optimization potential • You participate in the continuous improvement of the customer experience as well as processes • You work in close collaboration with marketing, customer service, and IT teams as well as external partners • You support the Product Managers in the realization of strategic and operational projects What you bring ### • University degree in business management, economics, marketing, insurance, or a comparable field • First professional experience in product management, project management, marketing, or offer development is an asset • Pronounced analytical skills as well as the ability to interpret performance indicators and derive recommendations for action • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality • Deep understanding of the customer experience as well as interest in the continuous development of products and processes • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different interlocutors • Good mastery of MS Office applications; experience with tools such as Power BI, Confluence, or SharePoint is an advantage • German or French as a native language with excellent knowledge of the other language (at least C2 level); good knowledge of English, Italian is a plus What awaits you ### • A varied activity in an exciting field with a motivated team as well as a pleasant working atmosphere • Flexible hours and possibility of teleworking (according to regulations) • Discounts on the TCS product range • A central workplace well served by public transport Interested?
