• 29 June 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • CHF 84-500 min. /year • French (Native language) • Quai Ernest-Ansermet 20, 1205 Geneva Technical Building Coordinator (CVCS & Electricity) Guarantor of the functioning of technical facilities, energy efficiency of the Tower and its annexes, the Technical Coordinator ensures, under the responsibility of the Facility Manager, the operational implementation of a rigorous and controlled operation of CVCS and electrical facilities. In a complex and demanding technical environment, he/she contributes to performance, regulatory compliance, and continuity of facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-standard work environment. Main missions • Ensure the operation and maintenance of CVCS installations (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation) and electrical installations (high and low current) • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as diagnosis of complex failures • Officially represent the company to the OIBT control body (inspections, periodic checks) Ensure regulatory monitoring and compliance (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA) • Coordinate external service providers, manage maintenance contracts, and ensure monitoring of work Optimize the energy performance of facilities • Ensure documentary management via GMAO/CAFM tools • Ensure the interface with FM, IT teams, and technical stakeholders Profile sought • Mandatory experience - minimum 5 to 7 years confirmed - in the operation of complex technical buildings, with dual CVCS and electrical competence • Technical training (electrician, refrigeration engineer, automation engineer, or technical building orientation) • Article 13 OIBT mandatory (imperative condition, without exception) - authorization required for official representation to control bodies • Experience in coordinating service providers and monitoring construction sites • Mastery of Swiss standards (OIBT, NIBT, SIA, SUVA) • Electrical expertise (high current distribution, UPS/group backup, low current security) and CVCS (CTA, refrigeration machines, GTB/GTC regulation) • Advanced diagnostic capability, reading of technical plans and diagrams Skills • Rigor and acute sense of responsibility in a demanding technical environment • Transversal leadership and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders • Resistance to stress and reactivity in crisis or technical emergency situations • Availability to ensure on-call duties (night/weekend/holiday shifts) • Anticipation of technical risks and ability to propose concrete solutions Languages • Perfect mastery of French, spoken and written • German is a major asset Conditions Location: Geneva Activity rate: 100% Entry into function: 1 October 2026
