Tech Lead Mobile (M/F)

Introduction For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a Tech Lead Mobile (M/F) whose main mission will be the construction and evolution of collaborator platforms (employee application, intranet, extranet).  Responsibilities • Design technical solutions in a complex IT and organizational environment through the application of best practices, the implementation of support for development teams, and the provision of tools for developers, in order to create a stable, resilient and high-performance platform   • Actively participate in the creation of web and mobile solutions, with a sensitivity for front-end development and the improvement of user experience • Define the application architecture of our mobile applications (clean architecture, state Management, Offline-first -)  • Guarantee the quality level of achievements by being the guarantor of mobile best practices (TDD, unit tests, golden test, E2E, code review) and by ensuring their implementation within the development teams • Provide continuous support to the developers of the teams, by training them in best practices, technologies and tools in use • Organize and coordinate the work of developers to guarantee a logical sequence of tasks  • Ensure technical coordination between the teams of the various solutions  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of new methods and technologies likely to offer competitive advantages to the company, notably concerning agentic development • Ensure the monitoring and optimal performance of applications. Profile • Higher education in computer science or engineering EPF or HES   • Confirmed and diversified experience in the development and management of mobile and web applications • Knowledge of web and mobile languages frameworks and libraries: Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, KMP, Perfecto, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, Spring and SpringBoot, Vue.js/React, agile methodology (Scrum), Gitlab, Jira, Azure devops • Excellent mastery of Flutter mobile frameworks • Ability to design scalable and high-performance architectures    • Expertise in web and mobile performance optimization  • Knowledge of the Azure Dev Ops and JIRA environment • Knowledge of security protocols, HTTPS, Oauth, and OWASP best practices • Ability to inspire, guide and motivate a team towards the achievement of common objectives  • Ease in human contacts as well as excellent communication   • Keen sense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity.
