This is what you can achieve. • As the sourcing responsible for defined product groups, you design and implement product group and supplier strategies together with the Category Managers and thereby ensure a reliable supply. • You develop sourcing strategies and implement them along the end-to-end procurement process. You conduct tenders, negotiate with national and international suppliers, and conclude contracts. • In your role, you lead cross-functional teams professionally, promote cross-departmental cooperation, and accompany change measures for new processes and tools. • With a strategic view, you recognize market opportunities, derive levers for savings, quality, and resilience, and use data and KPIs for analyses and decision-making bases. • Together with the operational procurement, you bring strategic specifications into harmony with operational requirements and drive automation as well as AI-supported solutions forward. This is what you bring with you. • You act collaboratively, bring intercultural competencies, and communicate clearly with internal as well as external stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills, data affinity, and strategic thinking skills as well as cost awareness characterize your actions. • You bring sound experience in contract and claim management for the optimal implementation and further development of contracts. • Knowledge of public procurement and understanding of the end-to-end processes in procurement are welcomed. Due to your experience in procurement, you are proficient in handling SAP MM or Ariba and MS Office. • With a federal certificate of proficiency in purchasing (eidg. Einkaufsfachausweis) or a higher technical or business administration education, you are perfectly equipped for the challenge. • You communicate at a business level in German (C2) and English (C1); French or Italian knowledge (A2) is an advantage.
