Bern (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Develop and manage strategic analyses, scenarios, and concepts to ensure the security of supply of critical digital infrastructures and services • Analyze risks, dependencies, and potential supply bottlenecks along digital value creation and supply chains • Prepare situational assessments, criticality assessments, and decision-making bases for the economic national supply • Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation between ICT, energy, logistics, industry, and financial systems • Shape professional exchange with authorities, science, telecommunications providers, cloud providers, and other partners • Participate in projects and initiatives of the ICT office <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (Master) in engineering, economics, business administration, or a comparable field of study • Several years of professional experience in the relevant field, preferably in the environment of digital infrastructures, telecommunications, network providers, or ICT service providers • Sound understanding of digital infrastructures, technological dependencies, and supply systems • Analytical and conceptual strength as well as interest in technological developments • Independent, structured, and result-oriented way of working • Very good knowledge of an official language as well as good knowledge of a second official language and English skills <br /> In a nutshell You analyze risks and dependencies of critical digital infrastructures and develop foundations for the security of supply in Switzerland. In doing so, you work at the interface of ICT, economy, science, and administration and make a direct contribution to the resilience of the economic national supply.
