Technical Solution Manager (m/f) Your task In this key position, you are the technical sparring partner of our customers and suppliers and accompany them in the development and implementation of sophisticated solutions regarding the hairspring and its associated components. You operate at eye level with the development departments, technical offices, and designers of our customers and suppliers, advise on technical issues, and coordinate cooperation with the internal specialist departments from development through industrialization to serial production. Your tasks include specifically: Technical consulting and support of existing customers Analysis and assessment of technical issues as well as development of solution approaches for our customers Elaboration of solution approaches together with customers and internal technical specialists Coordination between customer, supplier, development, design, production, and quality Accompanying development and industrialization projects Testing the technical feasibility of new requirements and applications Active participation in the further development of products and processes Building long-term and trusting customer relationships Your profile For this demanding function, we are looking for a personality with a sound technical understanding of the watch industry and its manufacturing processes, analytical thinking, as well as the ability to communicate complex relationships in an understandable manner. Ideally, you are between 30 and 45 years old, feel as comfortable in technical discussions as in direct exchange with customers, and know how to bring different interests together into viable solutions.
