Legal Advisor / Legal Adviser 15 – 30%

The advisory office for families is a non-profit social organization with association law sponsorship and headquarters in St. Gallen. The association is both politically and denominationally independent. Our services are aimed at families, couples, and individuals from the city of St. Gallen as well as the cantons of St. Gallen and Appenzell Ausserrhoden. We provide information, advice, and support in difficult life situations as well as in legal and social matters. To expand our advisory team, we are looking for Legal Advisor / Legal Adviser 15 – 30% Your field of work You advise individuals or couples in challenging life situations. In particular, you support unmarried parents in developing maintenance and parental agreements. In separation and divorce counseling, you inform about the legal situation and the procedure and support the spouses in creating separation and divorce agreements. Your profile You have completed a degree in law (Mlaw or lic. iur) or equivalent training. If applicable, you also have experience in family law and working with couples and families.
