Your area of responsibility Technical and personnel management of around 20 employees Continuous development of employees Planning, coordination, and optimal use of assigned resources Ensuring deadline, quality, and cost targets with a focus on maximum customer benefit Participation in investment projects and responsibility for their successful implementation Responsibility for day-to-day business as well as implementation of improvement projects, workshops, and KVP initiatives Support for production technology in Q-Alerts (analysis, definition, and implementation of immediate and sustainable measures) Active participation in the operational area and support in the event of capacity bottlenecks or personnel shortages Ensuring preventive maintenance and maintenance of systems and measuring equipment Moderation and leadership of Shopfloor meetings in your own area of responsibility Your profile Completed basic mechanical training (e.g., automation engineer, polymechanic) or equivalent qualification In-depth technical know-how Several years of experience in a leadership position and pronounced communication skills Secure in reading and interpreting technical drawings (especially assembly drawings) Experience in automating assembly processes is an advantage High quality awareness and a resilient, flexible, and goal-oriented way of working Stylish German language skills in word and writing, English language skills are an advantage SAP knowledge and further training in process technology are desirable Your perspective ®!
