Chupferhammer Non-profit association based in Ebnat-Kappel SG The association Chupferhammer (chupferhammer.ch) offers living and working spaces for people with support needs in four cantons. In the sense of inclusion, we assume that all people are different and are accepted in this difference. For the Steinenbach residential community in Ebnat-Kappel, we are looking, following a retirement as of 1 March 2027 and in addition to the current remaining co-management, for a dedicated Co-Unit Management 80% Six adults with disabilities live and work in the Steinenbach residential community. In everyday life, as unit management, you will accompany and shape the living and working space together with the eight employees. Your tasks • Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of a dynamic team of eight dedicated employees in co-management according to the mission statement and the principles established in quality management • Individual accompaniment, support, and counseling of the people with disabilities who live and work in the residential community • Joint creation of living and working spaces in the sense of the UN-CRPD, which are oriented towards the needs of the supported persons • Enabling participation, co-determination, and involvement • Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist agencies, doctors, and the social environment • Communication with relatives, legal representatives, and the neighborhood • Business, organizational, and administrative tasks • Responsibility for team development Your profile • Completed tertiary education in the social or health sector • Leadership experience with corresponding further training • Identification with the Chupferhammer concept and its implementation • Enjoyment of taking on responsibility as well as willingness for personal and professional development • Ability to strengthen and further develop team members in their competencies and talents • Understanding challenging behavior of supported persons as an opportunity for development and individual accompaniment • Organization, administration, and comprehensive leadership tasks in the sense of subsidiarity • Resilient, flexible, empathetic, and appreciative professional and leadership personality • Willingness for various working hours (evening, weekend, and on-call services) We offer • Appreciative field of work with many possibilities for design and decision-making authority • Dedicated, eager-to-learn, and collegial team • Possibility for home office • Ostwind company subscription • Good connections to public transport • Internal and external further training opportunities Further information on the principles of our cooperation and our working conditions can be found at www.chupferhammer.ch/zusammenarbeit Interested?
