To strengthen our team in the API pilot department, we are looking for a committed chemist (a), 100%. In our production operation, you will manufacture pharmaceutically active oligonucleotides and related substances. You will work under GMP conditions and use modern production facilities from production to purification. Through practical training, you will gain the necessary security to work independently and responsibly on our production facilities and become part of our team. Your tasks: -You plan, control, and monitor our production processes at the interface to R&D, adhering to specifications and deadlines. -You prepare the batch documentation for execution, document GMP-compliant, and ensure correct and timely completion. -You are present during critical process steps and make decisions for further production. -In the event of unexpected results, equipment problems, or compliance issues, you initiate and coordinate the necessary measures. -You actively identify potential for improvement in your area of responsibility and implement corresponding measures independently. -You order the correct quantity of equipment, solvents, and starting materials for production campaigns from Supply Chain in a timely manner. -You are responsible for the maintenance and cleaning regulations of the equipment and facilities as well as their implementation. -You procure and qualify production equipment. -You initiate in-process controls and sampling and interpret the results. Your profile: -Completed chemistry degree (uni or FH). -You have a good understanding of technical relationships and automated systems. -You take on responsibility and are characterized by a high degree of reliability, independence, and team skills. -Flexibility, communication, and willingness to learn are your strengths. -A structured, clean, and independent way of working that allows you to always keep an overview -Very good German and good English language skills in word and writing -Experience in the GMP environment is an advantage.
