With more than 115 employees distributed between Nyon, Lausanne, Zurich and Berne, we accompany several hundred thousand customers every year across Switzerland. To strengthen our Finance team based in Nyon, we are looking for a senior accountant capable of evolving in a dynamic, demanding and rapidly changing environment. Experienced Accountant (M/F) – 100% Your mission Within the Finance department, you actively contribute to the quality of SwissCaution's financial information and participate in the company's closing and reporting processes. You work in close collaboration with the different internal teams and intervene on the entire accounting cycle. Your responsibilities General accounting Comprehensive management of financial accounting Ensure treasury follow-up and participate in liquidity forecasts Prepare VAT and stamp duty returns Continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal controls Interlocutor for the various stakeholders Closings and reporting Prepare monthly and annual closings Account for amortizations, provisions, transitory and other closing operations Produce and analyze financial statements for the group Participate in exchanges with internal and external auditors Guarantee the quality of accounting documentation and compliance with procedures Your profile Federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent training Several years of experience in general accounting and financial closings Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards Experience in a regulated environment or in the insurance sector is an asset Mastery of French; knowledge of German is appreciated Good mastery of computer tools and marked interest in the digitalization of processes What characterizes you Rigor and attention to detail Analytical spirit and solution-oriented Autonomy and sense of responsibility Excellent organizational and priority management skills Team spirit and willingness to share knowledge Ability to evolve in a demanding environment while respecting deadlines What we offer you A key position within the Swiss leader in its sector A stimulating environment offering autonomy and responsibilities The possibility of actively participating in the evolution and improvement of financial processes Flexible working conditions with possibility of teleworking Attractive social benefits and numerous employee benefits A modern work environment in Nyon, within a committed and welcoming team We look forward to receiving your application.
