Cleaning and maintenance · Clean and maintain the shelter, floors, sanitary facilities and the kitchen; · Perform dusting of surfaces, furniture and equipment; · Clean windows, doors and other surfaces as needed; · Ensure the disinfection of sanitary facilities and contact points; · Empty bins and dispose of waste according to sorting instructions. Equipment management · Use cleaning products, tools and machines in accordance with directives; · Control the condition of the equipment and report any malfunction; · Ensure the replenishment of consumables (toilet paper, soap, hand towels, cleaning products). Profile description ## Profile and aptitudes: • 3 years of experience in cleaning premises or building maintenance • Mastery of cleaning techniques, machines and products • Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules • Ability to work autonomously; sense of organization, reliability and discretion • Oral mastery of French • Elementary computer skills • Sense of cleanliness, good presentation • Interpersonal skills, sense of customer service; discretion. Special conditions • Hourly remuneration (approximately 300 hours/year); • Interventions according to schedule or on call; • Work mainly on weekends, before and after shelter rentals, as well as some mornings.
