Reporting to the Operations Management, you are responsible for the performance of the Swiss distribution chain, from order shipment to final delivery. You guarantee the quality of service offered to our customers, manage our logistics and transport partners, contribute to the continuous optimization of flows, and support the development of our Supply Chain projects. Supply Chain performance management Be responsible for the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain activity forecasts. Monitor and analyze distribution and delivery KPIs to guarantee compliance with customer commitments Coordinate customs matters with internal and external partners Ensure the interface between logistics, commercial, digital, and customer service teams Coordination with the Group Collaborate closely with Group teams on improving operational performance and the evolution of logistics schemes. Contribute to the alignment of practices, tools, processes, and indicators with Group standards. Ensure the interface with the Group's Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams. Represent the stakes and specificities of the Swiss market to international teams. Management of logistics partners Manage and challenge carriers and distribution partners Ensure the monitoring of contractual service levels Participate in calls for tender and logistics negotiations Guarantee the operational quality of services Financial management Participate in the development and management of transport and distribution budgets Analyze variances and identify cost optimization opportunities Project management Manage or contribute to local and international Supply Chain projects Support B2B projects and the evolution of delivery offers Participate in the digital transformation of logistical activities WHO ARE YOU? You have higher education in Supply Chain or equivalent. You have 2 to 3 years of practice in a similar position (experience and/or an attraction to e-commerce would be an asset). You perfectly master Excel and data analysis, are comfortable with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), and ideally have knowledge of SQL. You have a good level of professional English. You are comfortable in a complex and matrix environment and know how to mobilize various stakeholders thanks to your transverse leadership. Your customer orientation, your sense of results, your analytical capacity, your autonomy, and your taste for continuous improvement are all assets to succeed in this position. You are able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
