You represent the interests of the ownership, understand the needs of the tenants, and ensure that the managed properties are managed professionally, proactively, and in a value-preserving manner. Your main tasks include: Independent administrative and technical management of business, office, and commercial properties Central contact person for owners, tenants, tradespeople, authorities, facility managers, and other partners Representation of the ownership in all relevant matters Preparation, examination, and processing of commercial lease agreements, addenda, terminations, and other tenancy law documents Accompanying rental relationships from leasing through ongoing operations to handover Coordination of maintenance, repair, and renovation measures Obtaining quotes, conducting price negotiations, as well as preparing decision-making bases and award applications Close cooperation with accounting, marketing, back office, and management Collaboration on budgets, ancillary costs, operating costs, reporting, invoicing processes, and owner information Active participation in the optimization of processes, templates, and digital workflows Thinking ahead regarding leasing, space development, property strategy, and value-preserving measures Your profile You bring experience in real estate management and enjoy challenging commercial properties.
