Construction Economist / Total Enterprise Project Developer

Occupation rate: 80-100% Your field of action <br /> • You assume the development, elaboration and presentation of individual exciting projects in wood and hybrid wood-concrete • As part of these development projects, you lead internal and external planning teams and advise clients and architects in the offer phase to find the best project solution • You know and monitor projects and public and private tenders on the wood construction market and become active in prospecting when the opportunity arises • In collaboration with internal specialists, you calculate building solutions and concepts adapted to our clients and lead contractual negotiations until the conclusion of the contract • Then, you pass on the project to the internal project management for realization, while remaining involved • Your qualities • You have completed basic training in construction technology or studies in the field of construction and have a passion for sustainable materials such as wood and earth • Thanks to the experience you have acquired so far in construction and project management at the level of execution, planning and calculation (preferably in similar prefabricated wood construction and total enterprise projects), you have acquired a solid technical understanding and thus master the project start-up • As a team player, you communicate in French and German with your internal and external project teams and know how to motivate them to achieve common goals • You work autonomously and in a structured manner and have a great awareness of quality and costs • Our advantages for you • Esteem and cooperation • Competent development as a family business • Promotion & varied career opportunities • Parties & team building • Learning from each other • Company pension provision • 25 days of vacation, plus bridges • Offers for employees • Learn more about us • Sustainability, innovation and tradition -- that's what we stand for at ERNE AG Holzbau.
