Job Description Optimize manufacturing \& assembly processes according to Lean principles (Kaizen, VSM, 6 Sigma). Maintain ERP master data (material master, bills of materials, routing in SAP). Design work instructions and ergonomic workstations. Integrate new products into production for series production. Conduct time studies (MTM/REFA) and lead improvement projects. Desired Profile Technician, process specialist or degree in industrial engineering / production technology. Experience in production, assembly, process optimization or industrialization. Sound Lean knowledge, ideally MTM/REFA. Proficient in SAP (MM/PP) and MS Office. Very good German, good English.
