To complete our Integration Sector team, we are looking for an immediate or to be agreed social integration counselor at 80%. Your responsibilities ## • Inform beneficiaries of the objectives and the importance of social integration in their daily life in Switzerland • Conduct situational assessments and evaluate each profile individually in order to propose paths of action and measures adapted to the needs of each person • Co-construct with each beneficiary a social integration project or a project for the development of employability potential, accompanied by an action plan and medium and long-term objectives, adapted to their profile • Ensure coordination with internal and external medical networks (doctors, psychologists, specialized services) in order to guarantee consistent care, transmit relevant information while respecting medical secrecy and adapt social integration measures according to medical recommendations • Accompany beneficiaries in the field, individually or in groups, depending on the circumstances, with the objective of letting them discover existing measures that can meet their expectations and personal needs • Conduct regular assessments with the providers of measures during and following each placement made • Prospect, develop and create synergies and partnerships with other organizations and specialized services meeting the needs of beneficiaries • Work in collaboration and coordination with social assistants, residential managers, professional integration counselors, volunteer coordinators as well as colleagues from other sectors • Carry out the administrative tasks related to the position Your profile ## • A university education in the field of psychology • Several years of experience in the field of migration, integration or psychology • Ability to cooperate and work in a team • Empathy and sensitivity in relationships with people from different backgrounds • Ability to implement social interventions autonomously • Basic knowledge and user knowledge of MS-Office applications • An irreproachable reputation (no registration in the debt collection register nor in the criminal record) • German | oral: B2- C1| written: B2 - C1 • French | oral: B2 | written: B2 You demonstrate initiative and invest yourself fully in the tasks entrusted to you.
