This is what you can achieve ## • You are responsible for the leadership and promotion of the plant operators during your shift in 1-2 shift operation and ensure the smooth and efficient flow of production including break relief and shift handovers. • You are the link between production and Technical Service. You resolve minor technical malfunctions independently. • You act as the first point of contact for employees during the shift and proactively support with occurring problems or inquiries. • You exchange ideas regularly with the other shift leaders and also ensure seamless communication with the management team. • You control the processes and systems for their correctness, record data correctly in the MES and consistently implement the hygiene, quality and safety regulations in your shift. • You support the management team and represent the goals and key figures of the department to the employees. • You continuously analyze, optimize and further develop production processes. This is what you bring with you ## • You have a completed vocational training and several years of experience in the manufacturing industry. • You bring initial leadership experience and know how to lead and motivate employees in a goal-oriented manner. • You are technically proficient and can roll up your sleeves when a malfunction occurs at the machines. • You have extensive knowledge of SAP as well as MES and feel comfortable using common MS Office tools. • You enjoy working in a team and have very good German skills in speaking and writing.
