Our customers include local businesses, international large corporations, and private individuals. We take care of the entire logistical process, from container provision to collection and environmentally friendly return to the recycling system. To strengthen our small, established office team in Muttenz/BL, we are looking for a committed, energetic, and structured personality. These are your tasks: - The complete administrative processing is your daily core business. - You manage the cash desk independently and actively contribute to the creation of the monthly balance sheet. - Processing of export orders, including correct customs clearance. - You use your good knowledge of the Northwest Switzerland region to optimally deploy our vehicles. - With your winning personality on the phone and in person, you competently care for our business partners. This is what you bring: - Basis: A completed commercial basic training and solid professional experience in the administrative field. - Know-how: Gross, tare, and net are not foreign terms to you. Knowledge of MS Office and common EDV systems. Processing and customs clearance of export orders. - Language skills: Stylistically correct German in word and writing; French skills are a big plus. - Personality: You work exactly, reliably, and keep a cool head even in lively times.
