Construction Team Leader \- M/F Job description: We are looking for a construction Team Leader to join our company active on construction sites in French-speaking Switzerland. You will be responsible for team coordination, work monitoring, and compliance with Swiss standards regarding safety and quality. Team management "” management of masons/formworkers, distribution of tasks, integration of new employees Structural work organization "” site preparation, daily planning, coordination with the site manager Technical work "” supervision of formwork, reinforcement, concreting, assembly of walls and load-bearing structures SUVA safety "” strict application of safety rules, risk prevention, control of PPE Progress monitoring "” reporting to the site manager, anticipation of equipment and material needs Job requirement: Your profile Confirmed experience in structural work in Switzerland (masonry, formwork, reinforced concrete) Knowledge of SIA standards and SUVA requirements Ability to read and interpret execution plans Natural leadership, rigor, and sense of organization Valid driving license in Switzerland We offer A stable and structured working environment.
