As specialists, we advise, train, and support our clients in the management of their hazardous waste, which we transport and deliver to our treatment facilities. For our Eclépens site, we are looking for, for an immediate start or to be agreed upon, a: Process and maintenance manager (M/F) 100% ## Your mission ## Reporting to the Technical Management, you ensure the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of CRIDEC's industrial installations. You lead maintenance activities, technical projects, and team management in order to guarantee operational continuity in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Your main responsibilities ## Industrial performance and maintenance: • Guarantee the availability, reliability, and performance of industrial installations • Lead preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and technical shutdowns • Optimize treatment processes and production tools • Analyze failures and implement improvement actions • Ensure operational continuity and contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance • Prepare and monitor the department's investment and maintenance budget Technical projects: • Lead the company's technical and industrial projects • Participate in the definition of investments and the evolution of installations • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders within the framework of projects Management and organization: • Supervise, support, and develop technical teams • Define objectives, organize resources, and ensure team sizing • Ensure the training and development of staff skills • Manage conflict situations in collaboration with human resources Safety, quality, and environment: • Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements regarding safety, quality, and environment • Develop a safety culture and ensure the application of work procedures • Participate in the identification and control of risks related to the installations and activities of the department • Reactivity and ability to cope with stress Your profile ## • Higher technical education (engineer or equivalent) • Experience in industrial environment and technical project management • Industrial maintenance • Industrial processes • Automation / electricity / mechanics • CMMS • Continuous improvement • Failure analysis • Office tools • Mastery of the French language • Good knowledge of German and English is an asset Your skills ## • Leadership, organization, decision-making ability, rigor, and ease of communication • Analytical spirit and solution-oriented • Field-oriented, teamwork, and sensitive to production needs • Concerned with personal safety and training We offer you ## • A key position within a constantly evolving industrial company • Varied responsibilities combining technical, management, and project management • An environment promoting autonomy, innovation, and continuous improvement • A salary (x13) in line with your experience • Attractive social benefits Do you wish to contribute actively to the performance and evolution of our industrial installations?
