You have gained in-depth leadership experience in previous positions. You bring good conceptual and analytical skills and have already dealt with the topic of (quantitative and qualitative) impact measurement. You have a great interest in social insurance law issues. You are a communicative and empathetic person with a convincing appearance and high social competence. You have a pronounced goal and result orientation, assertiveness, service orientation, and high stress tolerance.
