Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% Your contribution <br /> • Analyze developments in financial and capital markets, digital innovations, the Swiss financial center, as well as financial stability and financial market regulation • Develop proposals for the Federal Council, Parliament, the management of the Department and the Office, as well as draft regulatory texts (at the level of law and ordinance), discussion papers, reports and analyses • Observe international standards in the field of financial market regulation and their implementation in Switzerland, the EU and other financial centers, as well as evaluate the need to intervene • Manage the representation of the FDF in the Financial Stability Board (FSB) and draft positions and opinions of Switzerland on selected topics • Represent Switzerland in working groups, expert committees and conferences and perform coordination activities <br /> What distinguishes you <br /> • Degree in Economics or Law; several years of professional experience in the financial sector • Great interest in technological developments in the financial sector and in the related economic and legal issues • Strong analytical and editorial skills; ability to work independently and organizational skills in managing complex issues; strong orientation towards goals and results • Interest in flexible forms of work and mastery of the digital working world • Excellent knowledge of two official languages and English; knowledge of a third official language is an advantage <br /> In summary In this stimulating role, you will contribute to the development of an innovative and future-oriented financial center, as well as to the protection of Switzerland's international interests in the sectors of capital markets, innovation and financial market infrastructures.
