Caretaker / Property Manager We are a medium-sized company in Bern for building maintenance and cleaning (approx. 50 employees). To strengthen our team, we are looking for competent and experienced employees per immediately or by arrangement for the care of our properties in the Bern region and surrounding area. Caretaker / Property Manager • Independent maintenance and care of properties • Care of outdoor facilities, surroundings, and green spaces • Small repair and maintenance work • Monitoring of technical systems and building technology • Ensuring order and cleanliness • Coordination with tenants and external service providers Requirements: \- Professional experience in building maintenance \- Responsible, independent, and exact way of working \- Resilient, flexible, and innovative \- Organizational skills \- Communication orally and in writing in German \- Driver's license Cat.
