• 28 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Bern What you accomplish In addition to daily operations, you lead a motivated team of 17 pharmacy assistants / pharmacy specialists in all personal and professional aspects, creating a rewarding and positive working climate where everyone can get involved and develop. • You have an overview and coordinate the team in stressful situations. • You ensure a good balance between the needs of the team and the requirements of the company. • You bring ideas, question existing processes and actively contribute to their improvement. • You work closely with care, doctors and other specialized departments and are an important interlocutor within the hospital. • You participate in projects, quality initiatives as well as in the continuous development of our hospital pharmacy.
