The Finance and Performance Steering Department coordinates all financial activities of the system and the consolidation with the various associations and foundations that compose the AVASAD system. Furthermore, it also includes the Performance Steering Center, whose mission is to develop steering tools in all areas of the system, particularly those related to the quality of services and client monitoring. In order to complete the team of the Performance Analysis and Monitoring Unit (ASP), we are looking for a: Pricing Specialist (80 - 100%) Mission: Support the entire system in the application of pricing and invoicing rules, by guaranteeing their compliance through control measures and written directives; Produce regular analyses and reports, and ensure active monitoring of tariff developments to support decision-making; Contribute to the EFAS project, particularly to the evolution of tariffs in order to guarantee the economic viability of the AVASAD system's services (new tariff positions, revision of tariffs excluding ASD, etc.); Steer the relationship with insurers, including tariff negotiations, the drafting of conventions, and the dissemination of the resulting directives; Participate in projects related to tariff developments and new care models, as well as in inter-cantonal working groups; Ensure the monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments at the federal, inter-cantonal, and cantonal levels, respond to consultations from competent authorities, and contribute to the management of institutional risks.
