Locality Lausanne Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41631 Published on 25/07/2026 On behalf of my client, a company in the West Lausanne region, I am looking for a Job Description ### • Management of monthly billing (monthly closing) + various controls • Application and programming of client tariff updates • Processing of client and inter-agency complaints • Management of Swiss and foreign VAT billing • Management and verification of inter-agency invoice payments • Controlling duty towards the agency • Management and supervision of the billing department • Billing of clients and the network • Transport purchases and supplier invoices • Training of employees Profile ### • CFC in commercial employment or equivalent training deemed equivalent • Very good knowledge B2 minimum in German and English (imperative) • Good IT knowledge • Experience in billing • Experience in the field of national and international road transport • Experience in managing a team of at least 3 years Driver's license and vehicle indispensable (Freight Forwarder), billing manager (French and German B2) / Permanent
