Production Quality Manager

I am looking on behalf of a watch manufacturer based in Geneva for a proximity Quality Manager (M/F), whose main mission will be to supervise and support internal teams in order to achieve quality objectives, in close connection with production activities. • Share the company's vision and priorities while defining objectives adapted to each collaborator. • Accompany team members in their progress through monitoring, coaching and development of their skills. • Foster a work environment based on trust, communication and cooperation between different services. • Pilot organizational developments and ensure their proper implementation with teams. • Evaluate staffing needs and adapt resources according to activity. Quality management • Lead actions aimed at reducing processing times for non-conformities and quality deviations. • Define, implement and develop the working methods of the Quality Assurance team dedicated to chemical products. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and the strengthening of operational performance. • Higher education degree of Bachelor level or equivalent, with a specialization in quality or management. • Training and/or experience in the watch industry • Solid experience in team management. • Recognized leadership skills, initiative and autonomous management of activities. • Excellent relational skills, sense of listening and adaptability. • Professionalism, integrity and strong commitment.
