Advertisement ## 370 000 private clients trust BCV The 80 female and male employees of our 16 branches in the Lausanne Region are at the service of our clientele daily.  To work within one of our branches, we are looking for: Bank Advisor - Lausanne region     Your main missions:   • collaborate within several branches in the region, • welcome clients, guide them in the open space of the branch and train them in the use of the tools made available (notably ATMs and e-banking), • determine their needs and detect their potential, advise them on various current management products or direct them towards specialized advice, • autonomously manage a cash register as well as the automated teller machines.     Your profile:   • banking or commercial training, • experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution, • knowledge of basic banking products and services is an asset, • interpersonal ease, commercial skills, team spirit, geographical mobility, • perfect mastery of French, good knowledge of English.
