Scientific Collaborator - 80%

This position is attached to the Department of Psychiatry and is part of a close collaboration with the Centre de Recherche Clinique (CRC). You play a key role in clinical research, specializing in regulatory submissions and the coordination of clinical studies. You ensure that all activities comply with current regulations. As a coordinator, you manage phase I to IV clinical studies as well as observational studies. You communicate regularly with sponsors, principal investigators from various sites, and the involved CROs. You are responsible for document management (ISF/TMF), screening, inclusion and follow-up of participants, data entry, writing annual safety reports, and you provide support during monitoring visits, audits, and inspections. Your expertise allows you to handle submission requests and regulatory affairs for clinical studies, including the drafting of protocols, consents, and study documents. In collaboration with investigators, you coordinate clinical research projects from institutions and the pharmaceutical industry, thereby ensuring rigorous compliance with the laws, regulations, and guidelines necessary for quality research. You possess at minimum a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field. Furthermore, you benefit from additional training in clinical research, such as a Diploma of Advanced Studies-DAS, continuing education in «Management of Clinical Trials", Inter Universitaire (DIU) "Formation des investigateurs aux essais cliniques des médicaments (FIEC)" or training deemed equivalent. You have at least five years of experience in the field of clinical research and possess excellent knowledge of Swiss and international regulations. In addition, you have perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written. You possess very good communication skills, know how to demonstrate autonomy, and work within a multidisciplinary team.
