Warehouse Supervisor 100% Warehouse Supervisor 100% (m/f/d) We are looking for a committed, structured, and solution-oriented person to strengthen our logistics team as a Warehouse Supervisor. Reporting directly to our Head of Logistics, this key position will allow you to actively contribute to the organization and smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities: Personnel management: supervising teams, schedule planning, monitoring absences, evaluation, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees. Administrative follow-up and management tools: monitoring working hours and the badge system, schedule management, hour corrections, processing emails, calls, and daily issues. Logistics and operations: organization of inventories, management of operational equipment, coordination of work in the buildings, management of work clothing. Quality, hygiene, and compliance: quality control (FiFo, cleanliness), compliance with HACCP standards, processing of non-conformities, participation in complaints and returns, liaison with the quality department. Support for cross-functional processes: monitoring customs controls, invoice management via ENAIO, supervision of the implementation of the warehouse management system, management of the staff purchase list.
