Technical and personnel leadership of the general ledger team (7 employees) Responsibility for the independent management of the accounting of a group company Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to OR and IFRS incl. reporting Ensuring correct VAT settlements (CH & DE) Preparation and accompaniment of internal and external audits Further development and optimization of financial processes as well as ensuring efficient workflows Collaboration and partial management of projects in the finance area Responsibility for group-wide topics such as bank guarantees and support with currency hedging Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines as well as statutory requirements in the finance area Promoting a continuous improvement culture within the team This is what you bring... Completed further education in accounting (eidg.
