For Am Rietpark in the Zürich region, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, an Healthcare Specialist EFZ 40 - 80 % Your tasks • Holistic care and support of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Taking on tasks as a primary caregiver • Participation in the nursing process and in the assessment of nursing needs with RAI for the assigned guests • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and accompanying doctor visits • Taking on daily responsibility • Taking on tasks as a subject matter expert for a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality Your profile • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Professional experience in long-term care and/or Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing   Why Tertianum?
