For our client, a renowned company in the region, we are looking for a reliable and skilled person for the professional care of the properties as of 1. June 2026. Skilled worker for the property: Hauswart with EFZ (60%) Do you appreciate regular working hours in the afternoon and evening? Then this position is just right for you! Your tasks: • Ensuring order, safety and cleanliness in and around the properties. • Monitoring and operating the building's technical systems (heating, ventilation, sanitary). • Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work. • Contact person for tenants, craftsmen and external service providers during working hours. • Maintenance of outdoor facilities and ensuring waste disposal processes. • Working hours: Monday to Friday, each from 15:00 to 20:00 Qualifications Your profile: • Degree: Completed vocational training as a Hauswart with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ) or a comparable manual basic training with corresponding further education. • Experience: Several years of practice in building technology or property maintenance. • Way of working: Independent, diligent and solution-oriented. • Personality: Friendly appearance and high service orientation towards users and tenants. • Languages: Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
