For our valued client, a telemarketing service provider located in Biel, we are looking for a Call Center Agent Outbound (DE/FR) # Employment: 50-100% Location: Biel/Bienne Industry: General services Publication date: 20.07.2026 Your tasks: • Contacting and acquiring new customers • Optimization of the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities • Conducting needs analyses and selling the products • Expanding customer relationships What you bring with you: • Completed basic training is an advantage (Kauffrau/ Kauffmann or Detailhandelsfachfrau/ Detailhandelsfachmann or similar) • Existing professional experience in customer advisory / Customer Service / Customer service • Very good Swiss German and French skills (Mandatory) • Communicative, persuasive and structured personality with drive • Service provider who is ready to go the "extra mile" • Proficient handling of PC & EDV What you may expect: • Responsible task in which you can apply your language talent daily • Intensive induction • Direct permanent employment • Parking possibilities available • Working hours between Monday - Friday between 08:30 - 19:30 Are you interested?
