Excellent presentation and sense of service. Comfortable with IT tools and hotel software (knowledge of Protel is an asset) Good management of priorities and autonomy. Mastery of French is indispensable; English is required. Any other language is an asset. Available to work at night. For one of our clients, a hotel located in Lausanne, we are looking for a Night Auditor available 2 nights per week. Your missions: Ensure the arrival and departure of guests during the night. Perform check-ins and check-outs. Respond to guest requests and guarantee quality service. Perform daily closing operations (night audit). Ensure administrative follow-up and billing. Ensure the security of the establishment during the night shift. Collaborate with the reception teams and transmit useful information.
