Specialist Group Accounting IFRS 80 - 100 %

In the group accounting department of a Swiss corporate group in the construction supply industry, you are responsible for the consolidation and reporting of several subsidiaries. In the Härkingen area, Canton Solothurn, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80 – 100 %. You prepare group financial statements, accompany the introduction of new accounting standards, and support acquisitions and restructurings in the SAP environment. What awaits you in this responsible task • You prepare monthly group reports for the management and the parent company • You support the technical consolidation of the subsidiaries in SAP Group Reporting for monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements • You participate in external and internal financial reporting according to IFRS, including notes to the financial statements • You accompany the introduction of new IFRS standards as well as cross-departmental finance projects • You support acquisitions, mergers, and company sales, including Purchase Price Allocation, IFRS Conversion, initial and deconsolidation • You advise local finance departments on IFRS and financial accounting questions • As a superuser, you are responsible for the technical mapping of leasing contracts according to IFRS 16 in the SAP environment • You maintain and further develop accounting policies and the group chart of accounts What you bring with you • Degree as a dipl. Wirtschaftsprüferin or dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer or as an eidg. dipl.
