Manual Allrounder with development towards Foreman (m/f/d)

Job Description ### For an established and successful company in the manual environment, we are looking for motivated and reliable employees for the regions Zürich and Winterthur. Tasks You will assemble fence and gate systems together with your team for private and commercial customers, working with different materials such as wood, aluminium, glass and metal. The assignments take place on changing construction sites and offer a varied working environment outdoors. You ensure the professional and high-quality execution of the work, act in a customer-oriented manner and contribute actively to customer satisfaction. With increasing experience, you will gradually take on more responsibility and can specifically prepare for a future function as a foreman. Requirements Ideally, you have training or professional experience as a gardener, landscape gardener, metalworker, carpenter, roofer, tinsmith or from a comparable manual environment. Motivated career changers with pronounced manual skill are also welcome. You enjoy working outdoors, roll up your sleeves and bring the physical fitness for a demanding activity. Good German language skills as well as understanding Swiss German are required. Additionally, you possess a category B driver's license and are characterized by an independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working.
