Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist 100% (m/f/d) – starting immediately kyo is a new boutique agency for personnel leasing in Zürich and was spun out as an HR Unit from the established field marketing agency PROMOKANT. kyo offers flexible part-time jobs for young people between 18 and 35, primarily in the areas of sampling, promotions, POS, sales, and service. We are now looking for a person who thrives in a high-throughput environment, screens several dozen candidates per month depending on the order volume, and recruits the best of them into our pool. We want to grow together with you. What you do: You manage the candidate journey from application to activation in the system, and in high quantities. You maintain a steady stream of applications in the market through ongoing ads. You react to reports from Project Management or Booking Planning: if the existing pool does not provide enough suitable people, you specifically place additional advertisements (Meta, Indeed, , ads). You check incoming applications, including CVs and video applications. You take over onboarding: checking, activation, and recording qualifications in the system. You communicate with applicants, both in writing and by telephone. You maintain applicant data in our digital tools. You support the Booking/Planning team if required. Occasionally, there may be weekend assignments, which will be compensated. Your Impact: You ensure quality and tempo in the pool and keep the Time to Pool constantly low. You are the first point of contact for every applicant. Your work decides whether the right people are in our database. Expectations: Experience: You have experience in volume or mass recruiting and are used to guiding several dozen candidates through the funnel per month. Ideally, you have already done this in a staffing or promotions agency. Commitment: You adhere to processing times (Time to Pool). Organization: Structured, reliable, and service-oriented. Communication: Enjoying contact with people and teamwork. Reliability and Efficiency: You work accurately and you can be relied upon. IT: You are familiar with all common tools and work regularly with AI such as ChatGPT and . Languages: Swiss German/German native language, French and Italian an advantage.
