Track laying machine operator (m/f/d) # Your work ## • Execution of various positions in a team on our track laying machines • Reliable collaboration within the machine crew • Realization of overhaul work on the machines in winter in the Rhomberg Sersa Rail Group maintenance centers • Execution of track maintenance work on railway installations in accordance with the railway specifications • Participation in maintenance and repair work of the machines on construction sites • Versatility to also assist in tasks outside of one's own specific area of work • Compliance with quality and safety regulations on construction sites and during operation • Concentrated handling and careful maintenance of the machines and work tools Your profile ## • Technical apprenticeship as a polymechanic/maintenance mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic, heavy goods vehicle or construction machinery mechanic, as well as electrician/electrical fitter and automation technician • Experience with diesel engines and hydraulic units is an advantage • Flexibility for day/night shifts during the summer months • High sense of responsibility and safety in the track area • Good physical condition and accustomed to working outdoors • Car and vehicle driving license to travel to construction sites • Reliability, great commitment and team spirit • Good knowledge of German • Assignment sites throughout Switzerland We offer ## • Discover an interesting overview of the world of railway technology • Take on varied and demanding tasks • Make an important contribution to the construction and maintenance of railway infrastructure • Benefit from internal and external training • Modern employment conditions according to the Swissmem CCT Our employees are strong people, aware of their responsibilities, and who never lose the pleasure in their work.
