Linienführer (m/w/d) – Region Thal For our client, an established company in the food and meat processing industry (pork) with its headquarters in Thal, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated person as Linienführer (m/w/d) 100% immediately or by agreement. The employment is initially limited to 3 months with the possibility of a later permanent employment. Your tasks • Leading, monitoring and organizing the production line • Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process • Shift planning and instruction of employees on the line • Packaging and preparing meat products • Curing and peeling sausage products • Control, compliance and active monitoring of all hygiene, quality and safety guidelines • Identifying malfunctions and supporting their rectification • Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the workplace • Shifts: 5:25-15:10, 06.00 - approx. 16:30 or from 9:00-18:30 Your profile • Good physical condition • High resistance to cold and moisture • Insensitivity to cool temperatures • Willingness to work flexible hours (shift work possible) • Experience in the food industry, ideally in meat production • Good German language skills (at least B1) in word and writing • Driver's license and own vehicle (mandatory, unless place of residence is in the Thal region) • Reliable, team-oriented and responsible personality We offer • Limited employment for 3 months with option for permanent employment • Collaboration in a modern, stable production operation • Varied and responsible activity • Good training and a motivated team • Development opportunities with good performance
