The "Beratung & Kundenmanagement" department creates the conditions for customer-oriented and continuous advisory and support processes and simultaneously supports compliance with regulatory provisions in investment advisory and the distribution of investment solutions and products. To strengthen the "Vermögensberatung & Suitability" team with locations in St. Gallen and/or Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle) as well as the possibility of working from home, we are looking for a solution-oriented, responsible and committed person as Senior Business Analyst for investment advisory (w/m/d). Share What can you expect? ## • Analysis, determination, validation and structuring of system-wide requirements (Requirements Engineering) for the further development of investment advisory processes in advisory systems • Concept and specification of technical solutions for investment processes as well as accompanying implementation incl. testing (system and acceptance tests) • Assuming a central interface function between departments, IT and other stakeholders as Lead Business Analyst and representing the Product Owner in operations and further development of the advisory system landscape • Collaboration and co-design of strategic projects with a focus on investment advisory and considering regulatory requirements (Investment Suitability) as well as collaboration in cross-departmental working groups What do you bring? ## • Completed higher education or further training in business administration, business informatics or comparable education (uni, FH, HF) • Several years of experience in business analysis or as Product Owner in the banking environment • In-depth knowledge of investment business as well as in the area of Investment Suitability (FIDLEG) • Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills as well as quick comprehension • Committed, independent and solution-oriented personality with high team orientation and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders • Very good German language skills
