Our Energie business unit has the mission to optimize Operation and Maintenance Manager "Hydroélectrique" (F/H) 80% - 100% Our Energie business unit has the mission to optimize all energy production and management activities, including renewable energy production from sources such as biomass, wind, hydro, photovoltaic, and geothermal energy. To complete our Hydro & Eolien team at the Morges or Noville site, we are looking for an Operation and Maintenance Manager "Hydroélectrique" (F/H) 80% - 100% Profile - CFC in a technical field completed by a maintenance agent certificate or equivalent training - Required experience in the operation and maintenance of industrial hydroelectric installations - Understanding of control systems (SCADA, automation, metering) - Experience in incident and unavailability management - Ability to work with operating data - Good understanding of performance and asset availability issues - Good knowledge of Swiss legislation applicable to water protection and the use of hydraulic force - Current French and good knowledge of English and German - Autonomy, rigor, efficiency, and entrepreneurship - Ability to work in coordination with several stakeholders - Sensitivity to safety and operational issues - Availability for occasional interventions related to operation Responsibilities - Ensure the daily management of hydroelectric installations (monitoring of unavailability, incidents, coordination of operating actions) - Coordinate maintenance and operating activities with operators and internal stakeholders - Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of operating data - Provide direct support to asset managers and project teams in the department on operating-related topics - Contribute to monitoring the operational performance of assets and propose improvements - Participate in the structuring and continuous improvement of O&M processes - Collaborate with digital and data functions to improve performance monitoring and the digitization of O&M activities (in support of specialists) Benefits In this team, you will be able to work from the office and from home.
